These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 007jili Casino ("007jili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 007jili website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise accessing any part of the 007jili Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Access to and use of the 007jili Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

007jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any applicable processing fees.

To access the full range of 007jili services, you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 007jili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

007jili implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. As part of this process, you may be required to submit:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).

Withdrawals may be withheld pending the completion of KYC verification. 007jili reserves the right to suspend or close any account where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 007jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

007jili supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your 007jili account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. 007jili does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 007jili account.
• 007jili aims to process GCash withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• 007jili reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

Currency: All transactions on the 007jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 007jili is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

007jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 007jili promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and fishing games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through the creation of additional accounts will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round or spin is ₱500 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

007jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. 007jili also reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, or any other form of fraudulent activity.

All games available on the 007jili Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment that has been independently tested and certified to ensure fair and random outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-term average and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.

By participating in any game on the 007jili Platform, you agree to abide by the rules of that game as published on the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 007jili's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.

007jili reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has resulted in an incorrect outcome or payout. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account. 007jili will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 007jili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating more than one account, or assisting another person in creating an account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or for the processing of proceeds of crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 007jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 007jili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

007jili's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 007jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

007jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You may close your 007jili account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

007jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or forfeit any balance, where there is reasonable evidence of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; bonus abuse; provision of false information; or any other conduct that 007jili reasonably considers harmful to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of the games.

007jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 007jili will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 007jili Platform shall first be referred to 007jili's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
